Juggling work, home and possibly other children whilst suffering from sleep deprivation can be overwhelming. I am Kath, a child sleep training consultant offering a warm and gentle approach to helping your child sleep. As a parent, I understand many of the pressures you face and the challenges to overcome.
What is a child sleep training consultant?
A child sleep training consultant is a specialist professional who helps parents develop healthy sleep habits for their babies, toddlers, and young children. Sleep consultants use various methods and techniques to teach parents how to establish a consistent sleep routine, create a sleep-conducive environment, and address sleep issues such as night waking, early rising, and difficulty falling asleep.
A child sleep consultant may offer one-on-one consultations with families in their own homes or via online sleep training.
A customised sleep plan will be developed based on the child's age, temperament, and sleep habits. The sleep consultant will be able to provide ongoing support and guidance as the family works towards improving their child's sleep.

As a parent myself, I am very mindful of individual approaches and parenting styles, and I will work with you in line with your own choices and wishes.
My learning of attachment theories is at the forefront of what I do, and alongside my knowledge of the effects of sleep deprivation on physical and mental health, my approach is empathetic and nurturing. My aim is always to help strengthen the bond between you and your child whilst creating and implementing the perfect sleep training for you.
