I have worked in the early years sector since 2006 and also have a degree in early childhood. Now as a certified Sleep Consultant, I understand the weight and frustration of needing help but not knowing where to turn to first. I have been through it myself with my own children and only wish that I had the skills and knowledge I have now when my own children were smaller.

I cannot recommend Kath more highly. Sleep training of any sort can feel tough, however Kath has been lovely to speak to and has provided lots of support, encouragement and professional advice. Using Kath’s advice and gentle approach we have gone from co-sleeping and feeding back to sleep up to once an hour throughout the night to my baby being happy to go to sleep in his cot in his own room with minimal fuss and sometimes sleeping through. Our whole family is sleeping much better and we are all happier as a result!
