Hi, I’m Kath, a Certified Sleep Nanny® partner and gentle sleep consultant supporting families with babies, toddlers and primary school-aged children.

With a background in early years since 2006, a degree in Early Childhood Studies, and specialist sleep training through The Sleep Nanny Academy, I help families create calmer bedtimes and better sleep with personalised, evidence-based support.

My approach is gentle, responsive and tailored to your child, your parenting style and your family life, whether you are dealing with night waking, bedtime battles, parent-dependent sleep, or anxiety-related sleep challenges.
